Some thoughts on the upcoming Valentine's day.
    So Valentine's day is coming. Millions of couples are going to celebrate this day. I won't. It isn't because I am single. It's because I celebrate my love every day of the Year. I don't remember my loved one only this particular day; the 14th of February.

    I think it's childish to celebrate that day. Do we need a day to celebrate our love? Well I am against any "special" day like Mother's day, Father's day, Aids day, Environment day etc. I think that everyday should be Mother's day, Father's day etc. Everyday we should care for other people, show our love, protect the environment, give charity etc.

    Many would say: "What's wrong with it? We would like to celebrate!". OK you can do it, but remember that there are many people that will profit from this day. Many people have named this day as "Florist's day" or "Pastry cook's day". They are not wrong. Florists and Pastry Cooks make thousands of dollars on that day! It's not bad for people to earn, but why be a victim of that day? You can buy flowers cheaper on "casual" days to show your love!

    So I would advice you to love your soulmate everyday as much as you could! Have you ever bought flowers on a casual day to your loved one? Have you seen their reaction? It's far better than Valentine's day because they are not expecting the flowers from you!

    One last thing! I hope that the 14th of February will be a casual day for you! A casual day full of love like all others!

    我認(rèn)為慶祝這一天是幼稚的。我們需要一個慶祝我們愛情的日子嗎？而且我反對任何“特別的”日子，像母親節(jié)、父親節(jié)、艾滋病日、環(huán)境日等等。我認(rèn)為每天都應(yīng)該是母親節(jié)、父親節(jié)等。我們每天都應(yīng)該關(guān)心別人，顯示我們的愛，保護(hù)環(huán)境，捐助慈善機(jī)構(gòu)等等。
    
    很多人可能說:“這有什么毛病嗎？我們愿意慶祝!”。是的，你可以這樣做。但是記住，有許多人將得益于這個日子。許多人將這一天稱作為“花店節(jié)”或者“糕點廚師節(jié)”。他們都沒有錯。花商和糕點廚師在那一天能掙成千上萬美元。這對于掙錢的人們來說是不錯的，但是為什么要成為那一天的受騙者呢？你可以在“隨意”哪一天買到更便宜的花朵來表達(dá)你的愛嘛!
    
    所以我建議你每天都要盡可能地愛你的知己！你曾經(jīng)在偶然的一天為你所愛的人買過鮮花嗎？你看過他們的反應(yīng)嗎？會遠(yuǎn)比情人節(jié)更好一些，因為他們沒有料到來自你的鮮花！
　　
    最后一件事！我希望在 2 月 14 日對你是一個隨意的日子！一個像其它日子一樣充滿愛心的隨意的日子!
